OVATION IN FRANKLIN, TN SIGNS PINSTRIPES BOWLING, BOCCE, BISTROPremier Venue to Headline Entertainment at High-End Development
Franklin, Tennessee (April 8, 2015) – Ovation, the expansive 147-acre mixed-use center located at the Carothers and McEwen Intersection, has recently signed with Pinstripes, Inc. to incorporate entertainment into the Ovation development in fast-growing Franklin, Tennessee. Upscale retail stores, fine dining, entertainment, hotels, commercial office space, and residential offerings will anchor Ovation. The announcement was made by SouthStar, LLC and Thomas Land & Development who will work together to develop the retail, hotel, and residential aspects of Ovation, while Highwoods Properties (NYSE:HIW) is developing Ovation’s 1.4 million square feet of commercial office space. Pinstripes will occupy 30,000 square feet of first and second floor indoor/outdoor space, and will bring a fresh new dining and entertainment venue to Franklin and the surrounding communities. The venue will feature exceptional Italian and American cuisine and wine cellar, 16 bowling lanes, 10 indoor and outdoor bocce courts, outdoor patios and fire pits, and event space accommodating groups ranging from 20 to 600 people. Guests can curl up with a blanket and cocktail in front of the outdoor fireplace or gather with friends for an evening of bowling/bocce and dinner. This will be the first location for Pinstripes in Tennessee, with other current locations in Northbrook, South Barrington and Oak Brook, Ill., Edina, Minn., Georgetown, D.C. and Overland Park, Kan.
