"I grew up with my dad's songs, traveling around the world with him and hearing him sing those songs thousands of times," Julio explains. "Watching my dad perform, and seeing how people responded to these songs, showed me what I wanted to do with my life. These songs have always been a big inspiration to me, and I knew that one day I'd be singing them."
Julio Iglesias Sr. adds "My son and I toured together in 2015. We shared the stage in front of beautiful people from beautiful countries. I will always cherish those moments."
Born in Spain and a Miami resident since childhood, Julio Iglesias Jr. has been afforded numerous opportunities throughout his life and his love of music kept coming to the forefront. "Timeless" represents a full-circle moment for him. Since his debut release on Epic Records in 1999, he has toured with Cher, collaborated with Snoop Dog and Abel The Kid, performed on numerous TV specials, recorded his first Spanish language project in 2003, competed on the Spanish version of "Dancing with the Stars" and landed the lead role in the TV drama "The Music of You."
He continued his career in the United States by competing and winning the popular CMT TV show "Gone Country," where he released a popular single to country radio. Soon after he and fellow artists formed the pop supergroup Latin Lovers and at the pinnacle, did a global tour with his father.
"Timeless" will feature the classics “To All The Girls I’ve Loved Before,” “Hey,” “When I Need You,” “Abrázame,” and “Por El Amor De Una Mujer.” The project is in partnership with Reviver Records and distribution is through The Orchard.

About Julio Iglesias:
Julio Iglesias, Jr. has always been an entertainer. From the time that he watched his father Julio Iglesias perform onstage as a child, he knew he wanted to entertain and bring joy to people the way that his father did. He started his journey in entertainment with a record deal and modeling contract in 1999. In that year, he released his first album “Bajo mis ojos” and proceeded to campaign for designers such as Versace. Julio quickly proved himself to be a versatile international star, appearing on television shows like The Oprah Winfrey Show and on the cover of magazines like “¡Hola!” as he wrote and released his sophomore album “Tercera dimension.” Julio was born in Madrid, Spain and raised in Miami. He went to college in Northern California and has spent much of his life living between Europe and the United States. He is trilingual: a fluent speaker of Spanish, English and French which has facilitated opportunities to entertain people in those languages. He has hosted television in Latin America and recorded music in English and Spanish.
All his projects brought him back to his roots in music. In 2015, Julio toured the world with his father and performed alongside him night after night. It was on that tour that the idea for Julio’s “Timeless Tour” was born. He witnessed the audiences' reactions to the songs he grew up with—the joy that they shared in with him as he performed legendary hits like “Hey” and “Abrazáme.” Now, he is bringing those songs around the world again in his show called “Timeless,” performing classic songs made famous by his father. Julio delivers his own version of a selection of these hits on a forthcoming album of the same name that will be released in the coming months.
