Leadership Middle Tennessee Board of Directors is pleased to announce the addition of Dalih Suchet and Regina Medlen. Suchet is the co-founder and president of Whitehall Benefits as well as the founder of Finishing Touches. Medlen is the vice president of Franklin Synergy Bank.

Originally from South Africa, Suchet believes there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to business or to life, and customized solutions and relationship building are the keys to success. The consummate facilitator, she feels most rewarded when connecting businesses and people with each other and with the products they need to attain their goals and ensure long-term financial independence. Suchet created two networking organizations including Women Evolving in Business and Aging Resources for the Senior Market. She is also a member of CABLE women’s networking group and the National Association for Long-term Care Insurance, and is a volunteer for Safe Haven Family Shelter and Junior Achievement. Dalih lives in Nashville with her husband and two children.

Medlen is a lifelong resident of Smyrna, Tennessee. She is active in the community and has served on the Board of Directors for the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, North Rutherford YMCA, Smyrna Senior Citizens and Smyrna Parks & Advisory Board. She is a graduate of Leadership Donelson-Hermitage and Leadership Rutherford. She has also served on the Sister City Committee for the Town of Smyrna, which oversees the student exchange program for Smyrna and Zama, Japan. She has been to Japan three times serving as chaperone for the Smyrna Delegation. Medlen has been married to her husband, Bobby, for 36 years. They have two daughters, Laurel and Andrea. She enjoys being involved in her community, spending time with her family and painting.
